Progress cannot outrun quality.

Inspections in Proprite are gates, not paperwork. If a required check fails, the inspection cannot be approved — and the work or material behind it cannot move forward.

What gets inspected

Quality control covers the two things that end up in a building: the work done on site and the material delivered to it.

  • Construction work inspections
  • Delivered material inspections

Checklists

Each checklist item can require a pass or fail, remarks, and a photo as evidence.

  • Pass / fail per item
  • Remarks
  • Photo requirement

The hard rule

If a required check fails, the inspection cannot be approved. There is no override.

  • Failed required checks block approval
  • No override path

Gates on the work

Quality results are connected to the schedule and the store, so a failed check holds up the next step in the system — not just in a report.

  • The next dependent activity cannot start until the previous QC passes
  • Delivered material does not become stock until QC passes

Rules built into Quality Control.

  • Required checks that fail block approval — no override

  • Dependent activities wait for QC to pass

  • Material enters stock only after QC passes

  • Photo evidence can be made mandatory per item

Questions about Quality Control

  • No. If a required check fails, the inspection cannot be approved. The work has to be corrected and inspected again.
