Ten modules, organised around one project.
Each department works in its own module, and every module reads from and writes to the same project. A unit, an order, an inspection or a bill is entered once and used by everyone who needs it.
The modules, by the team that uses them.
Open a module to see what it covers, the rules it enforces and how it connects to the rest of the project.
Sales & buyers
- Post Sales CRMSet up each project once — towers, floors, units, prices and payment plans — and every booking, payment and demand letter is built on that same record.
- Customer PortalBuyers sign in to see their own bookings and what they owe — along with payments, demand letters, construction status, customisations, documents and support.
Procurement & site
- Purchase ManagementRequirements come from site planning or stock shortages. Your purchase team compares quotations and chooses the supplier. Proprite records every step and locks what was agreed.
- Project SchedulingBreak the project into major tasks, tasks and activities. Give each one a duration, budget, workforce, engineer, materials and machinery — then track what actually happened.
- Quality ControlInspections in Proprite are gates, not paperwork. If a required check fails, the inspection cannot be approved — and the work or material behind it cannot move forward.
- Material InventorySite engineers raise indents. The store sees what is available, issued and remaining. When site stock is short, the store sends the rest straight to Purchase.
- ContractorsRecord who works on your projects, what they do, what they charge and the credit period you have agreed. Contractors can be switched off — but their history stays.
Finance & reporting
- AccountsSupplier bills, contractor work and petty cash reach their ledgers only after the right person approves them. Proprite handles operational accounts — it is not a full financial accounting suite.
- MISBecause every department works in the same project, the reports come from the same records — not from spreadsheets assembled at month end.
Where each module works in the project lifecycle.
Read across a row to see the stages a module takes part in. Read down a column to see which modules meet at each stage.
