Privacy policy
Last updated:
This policy should be reviewed by your legal advisor before publication.
1.Who we are
Proprite is a real-estate ERP made by 30Days Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (opens in a new tab). In this policy, “Proprite”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 30Days Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as the operator of this website.
You can reach us at [email protected] or by post at AKM Tower, 2nd Floor Ganpati Dham Road, Udyog Vihar, Bahadurgarh, Sankhol, Haryana – 124507, India.
2.What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data collected through this website — the pages you read and the forms you submit here. It does not cover data that our customers store in the Proprite application itself, such as their buyers’, staff or supplier records. That data is handled under the agreement between 30Days Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and each customer.
3.Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a demo, the form asks for:
- your name, work email and phone number;
- your company, your role, the type of company and the city you are based in;
- how many projects you have active;
- your preferred demo date and time;
- the areas you want to manage using Proprite; and
- any message you choose to add.
The contact form asks for your name, email and a subject and message, and optionally your company and phone number. Please do not include sensitive information, such as financial or health details, in a message.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps basic server logs. These can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the referring page and the date and time of each request. We use logs to keep the site running, investigate errors and protect it from abuse.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies by default. If we enable an analytics tool, it may record which pages are visited and actions such as selecting “Book a Demo”, so we can understand how the site is used. We will name any analytics provider we use in this policy, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent before such a tool runs.
4.How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- reply to your enquiry and answer your questions;
- arrange, prepare for and hold a product demo that reflects your projects and workflows;
- follow up on your request, for example to share information you asked for;
- keep the website secure and working properly; and
- understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not use your information for purposes that are unrelated to your request without asking you first.
5.Consent and legal basis
We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. When you submit a form, you give us your consent to use the details you provide for the purposes described in this policy. The demo request form asks you to confirm this before it is sent.
Some limited processing, such as keeping server logs to secure the website, is carried out because it is necessary to operate the site or to meet legal obligations.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it, but we will stop using it for the purposes you consented to.
6.Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Access — tell you what personal data we hold about you, how we are using it and who we have shared it with.
- Correct — correct, complete or update data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erase — delete your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it, unless we must keep it by law.
- Withdraw consent — stop using your data for the purposes you agreed to.
- Resolve a grievance — look into a complaint about how we have handled your data.
To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
7.Who we share it with
We use service providers to run this website and handle enquiries — for example, website hosting, email delivery and the system we use to keep track of enquiries and demo requests. They receive only the information needed to deliver that service, and only to handle your request on our behalf.
Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. Where they do, we use providers that apply reasonable safeguards, and we follow any restrictions on such transfers notified by the Government of India.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the security of the website.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
8.How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and demo request details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to follow up on your request. When they are no longer needed for that purpose, or when you ask us to erase them, we delete them — unless we are required to keep them for longer by law.
Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, and then deleted.
9.How we protect it
We take reasonable security measures to protect the personal data we collect through this website, including sending form submissions over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and limiting access to enquiry data to the people who need it to respond to you.
No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
10.Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.
11.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we change how the website works or when the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on this page.
12.Contact and grievance officer
For any question about this policy, to use your rights or to raise a grievance, contact our grievance officer at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your message and respond within the time required by law.
You can also reach us through the contact page. Use of this website is also governed by our terms of use.
