Software for the people who build.
Why Proprite is organised around the project.
In most companies, sales keeps bookings in one place, purchase keeps orders in another and the site keeps its own registers. The same unit, order or bill is typed in again and again, and management reconciles the differences.
In Proprite, a unit, an order, an inspection or a bill is entered once, against the project it belongs to. Each stage hands its work to the next, so the record builds up as the project moves from setup to management reporting.

How we work.
Built in India, for Indian project practices
Proprite speaks the language of Indian real estate projects. Units carry preferential location charges (PLC) and other charges. Bookings follow construction-linked and other payment plans, and demand letters are raised against the schedule each booking creates.
On site, labour is recorded through NMR, and contractor work is measured and approved before it becomes payable — the way site teams in India already work.
Configured around each developer’s workflow
No two developers run their projects the same way. When a company starts on Proprite, it is set up around how that company already works — its projects, towers and units, rate and payment plans, roles and approval chain.
When your team has a question or a process changes, you speak to 30Days Technologies, the company that builds Proprite.
Controls built into the workflow
Checks are part of the work, not an extra step. Purchases, bills and contractor work are approved by someone other than the person who entered them. Booking prices lock on confirmation and purchase order values lock on issue. A failed required quality check blocks approval, and changes are recorded with who made them and when.
