Proprite is a complete solution which also provides the functionalities of vendor quotation management. The system allows the user to create Request for Quotation from the ERP itself.

The suppliers are provided with separate login where they can enter their quotations. At the builder side, the Purchase Order will be created only after comparing all the quotations received from the multiple suppliers.

Once the quotation is finalized, the PO is created from the system itself and sent for the approval to the Purchase Manager.
