Lead Management System

This module manages all the leads; individual or bulk leads, being entered into the system. Any lead can have different statuses e.g. new, interested, not interested, closed and closed lost. Each sales person is provided with his own login ID and, thus, it gets easier to manage and track individual’s performance and quality of leads being received from various sources. The purpose of this module is to assess the time taken from lead receipt to the closing of the deal.

Whenever any lead is assigned to any sales person, he gets a notification on his mobile. Leads can be uploaded in bulk, using excel sheets, and there are options of auto-assignment of leads to the sales team on round-robin basis.
