Customer Profile & Update

Customers can log in into their accounts and can see their report. They can update their own profile. Client can see only reports of any type means that these reports may be related to flats, channel Partners, Projects, Commission etc.

Previous Payments

Customers can login into the Android app to check the previous installments paid by them. The payment information is available clearly in the dashboard where users can generate the payment slip at the click of a button.

Current Dues

Current Dues will show your due amount and a list of various installments which were applicable on your flat and also a list whether you have paid the same or not. It also show net due, taxes, payable and balance amount.

Flat Information

This section includes complete information about the flat you have booked. It will contain information like Flat Area, Payment Plan, Flat Cost and brief about Payment which is applicable on your flat.

Latest Construction Details

A section which contains the latest construction updates in the form of Photo gallery. It manages various albums which further contains images showing what’s going on at the site.

Payment schedule

User can check the payments done for his flat, including its clearing status in the bank. User can also see the future schedule of the pending payments for the flat and thus helps him in better planning

Schedule Cheque Pickup

A customer can specify his/her convenient time when document/cheque can be picked up by using few clicks. User will need to provide his/her address for picking the same.

Payment Information

Payment information is the section which will contain the detailed information about the payment you have given to the builders. It is having various components like Cheque, Cash, NEFT, Disburse etc. which shows your paid amount.
